3 Account Registration
Each member is only permitted to hold one account only at wih69. Holding more than one account ("multiple accounts") is a serious breach of terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
During registration, you are responsible for ensuring that:

- Your account password is unique and securely stored — do not share it with anyone.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal
Wih69 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods, including local bank transfers, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other eWallet methods listed on the platform. All deposits are processed instantly and will be credited to your account within minutes.
Deposit requirements:
- Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction.
- Deposited funds must originate from a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name.

- Bets that have been placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled.

- Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the system.
- Using a wih69 account for any money laundering or other illegal activities.

- Filing an unjustified chargeback after making a deposit.
Wih69 reserves the right to restrict access, suspend, or close the account of any member suspected or found to have committed the above violations, without prior notice.
8 Account Closure & Suspension
A member's account may be closed or suspended by wih69 for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to meet KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
- Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member themselves.
- Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process, subject to applicable withdrawal terms.
